About the Practitioner

Holly Lange (formerly Taran) is a Neuro-Muscular Massage Therapist (NMT) and Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist (MAT), she includes Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue as well as reiki in most sessions.
 
 
Holly graduated in 2003 from Somerset School of Massage Therapy and became a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist in the same year. She has now become  Board Certification which is the highest voluntary credential in the massage therapy and bodywork profession. She is currently licensed in New Jersey, as well as a certified member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP).
 
 
Holly’s clients range from athletes that want to better their performance to moms with migraines. She has been entrusted to worked on Rutgers Football & Basketball players and the semi pro Garden State Savage Wolves Hockey players, as well as a number of physicians. With personalized treatment plans, Holly helps many clients who suffer from car accident and sports injuries, and also day-to-day living pains such as back aches and carpal tunnel.
 

Holly starting working in massage because she was fascinated with how the muscular system played such a role in our everyday pains and how overlooked it was in the medical field. Holly herself suffers from migraine pain, which she has learned to control with specialized massage techniques. Today she is just as fascinated with this field, and continues to learn new techniques that will enable her to better help her clients.
